Easter Sunday

Easter came quickly and left just the same.  I painted the main living room area of my apartment: vibrant teal with metallic red accents.  It looks comfortable to live in. 

I adopted a new sheep doggy yesterday also.  Her name is Wrigley.  She seems to like Jin, my older Jindo-gae dog.  I'm hoping that they will make nice companions.

School starts back up today.  Round 2 of the Breads courses.

What is the most important advice for opening up a bakery?

I'm still doing a lot of research..my goal is to own my own bakery. I have 6 more months of school before I earn my patisserie and baking certification. I would like some work experience before actually making the next step of owning my own bakeshop.

I am very excited.

Today, I was reading up on the importance of the guest experience, including ambiance as well as the highest quality of baked goods.

Brainstorming..anyone have any experience-related advice on this project of mine?

I think to truly exist is to first be alone. Be only yourself, no distractions. To exist fully; yes, I do believe we must coexist. Or at least attempt to do so in a loving manner. :p
