What is the most important advice for opening up a bakery?

I'm still doing a lot of research..my goal is to own my own bakery. I have 6 more months of school before I earn my patisserie and baking certification. I would like some work experience before actually making the next step of owning my own bakeshop.

I am very excited.

Today, I was reading up on the importance of the guest experience, including ambiance as well as the highest quality of baked goods.

Brainstorming..anyone have any experience-related advice on this project of mine?
